The North West Neighborhood Association, Inc. is committed to improving our neighborhoods. This is accomplished by scheduled clean ups and turning complaint forms into City Officials dealing with various health and building code issues. You may see NWNA, Inc. members removing signs from trees or telephone poles. We ask you to reconsider posting garage sale or other signs on the trees or poles.

According Warren City ordinances:

503.02 FASTENING ADVERTISING MATTER TO TREES OR POLES.
(a) No person shall stick, nail or in any other manner fasten any card, paper, banner, streamer or advertisement of any form or of any material or make or kind, to any tree, telegraph or telephone pole or like pole or structure within the City.
